IAPB is pleased to announce the launch of the first online procurement platform specifically developed for the NGO eye care sector.
Six major eye health NGOs have formed an alliance to improve quality control and maximise value for money in procurement, with the creation of an interactive, online version of the IAPB Standard List. The IAPB Standard List provides information for eye health providers on a carefully evaluated range of eye care technologies, supplies and training resources suitable for use in settings with limited resources.
Once registered, IAPB members and their partner organisations in the field will have free full access to the site, including the ability to procure all listed products at discounted prices.
The new, online IAPB Standard List is live as of today, World Sight Day, 13 October 2011.
